This policy explains what personal data PulseCRM processes and why.
Data we process
Account details (name, email), workspace content you add (contacts, deals, activities), and usage metrics needed to run and bill the service.
Payments
Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. PulseCRM never sees or stores full card numbers.
AI features
When you use the AI assistant, a snapshot of relevant CRM records is sent to our model provider to generate a response. It is not used to train models.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is isolated per workspace, and sensitive actions are logged.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting a workspace removes its records.
