Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PulseCRM. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. Workspace owners control who has access.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing enquiries and returns.
Free trial
New workspaces get a 14-day trial without a payment method. After the trial, the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen. Trial data is kept for 90 days.
Your data
You own the data you put into PulseCRM. You can export contacts at any time and delete your workspace from Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use PulseCRM to send unsolicited bulk email, to store unlawfully obtained personal data, or to disrupt the service.
Termination
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms.
