We want you to be happy with PulseCRM. Every workspace starts with a free 14-day trial so you can evaluate before you pay.
14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.
Seat reductions
Removing seats mid-cycle issues a prorated credit toward your next invoice.
Cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How to request
Use the “Manage billing” button in Settings → Billing to open the Paddle customer portal, or reply to any Paddle receipt email.
